Kristin-Marie "KP" Pernicano is a seasoned strategic and operational advisor with over 15 years of experience empowering founders, executives, and organizations to achieve sustainable growth. As the founder and principal of KmP Consulting, LLC, she specializes in serving as a COO, strategic advisor, and operational architect, guiding companies across a range of sectors through transformative growth.
She has been COO at Ciel Creative Space since Dec 2025, where she partners with leadership on operational infrastructure and growth strategy.
KP has been an adjunct professor at New York University for the last 12+ years, teaching finance, strategy, and leadership courses across graduate and undergraduate programs. Before founding her own practice, she spent nine years in institutional finance at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Merrill Lynch. She holds a Master of Science in Sports Business from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from SUNY Albany.
KP is also the creator of the Business Decoded Series, a collection of business education programs that make institutional-level operational frameworks accessible to entrepreneurs building and scaling their companies.
KP is a mentor, cancer survivor, and a competitive athlete (running, Muay Thai), and lives in Brooklyn with her mini husky, Storm.
