DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & EVENTS
Chris Fernandez began his career as a chef over 25 years ago and made his mark in the Bay Area with a “purist” approach to cooking. Chris has cooked and held the ranks as Executive Chef at some of the Bay Area’s finest restaurants including, Oliveto, Stars Bar & Dining, and Poggio Trattoria just to name a few. After a successful chapter in his culinary career, Chris decided to expand his skills and experience and became the Culinary Director / Director of Operations. In that role, he lead, directed, influenced, and supported a large team of chefs, managers, and employees to operate at their best level.
From there he further expanded his experience as Director of Culinary / Operations for Merchants Exchange Productions, a large event company that catered corporate events, weddings, and nonprofit fundraising events. Those experiences along with his culinary background helped develop Chris as a distinguished restaurant and event professional in the Bay Area.
